Ali was born in Abadan, an island southwest of Iran. His interest in art started when he was just a child. Ali began creating Marquetry artwork at a very young age and he was in his teens when his artworks were first put on exhibit. Ali's work covers vast range, from marquetrying tableau to sculpting. Small jewelry box, tabletop, furniture and cabinet are just a few of the items. He generally works with natural wood materials. However, you can see many other beautiful objects and material such as gold and precious stones in his work. Ali's artworks have been on display at handcraft shows and exhibits all over the world, to include Germany, Spain, Switzerland, France and many more. Ali Doustani teaches this beautiful art in colleges and private schools. |
Ahmad was born in Abadan, an island southwest of Iran. Ahmad has developed his own technique for carving and creating complex and beautiful artwork. He designs, builds, sculpts and has produced many unique architectural carvings figures. He carves on many surfaces such as wood, brass, and masonry, plaster, marble and bronze. Ahmad's artworks have been displayed at several handcraft shows and exhibits.
